* The regular monthly meetings
of ANC1D will, unless special conditions favor a change, be held on the
first Tuesday of each month, namely: February 5, March 4, April 1, May
6, June 3, July 1, August 5, September 2, October 7, November 4, and
December 2. Any of these dates may be revised to suit special
situations, e.g., topics of such widespread interest that a weekend
meeting is desirable, or commissioners' travel schedules conflicting
with the normal date.
**Second monthly meetings will be scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month. Ordinarily these meetings will be informal meetings with the public for increased dialog with residents of Mount Pleasant. These second monthly meetings may be committee meetings. If there is pressing business that cannot wait until the regular monthly meeting, this second monthly meeting may be a formal business meeting.
