The January 16, 2007 Business Meeting of ANC1D was held at La Casa, 3166 Mount Pleasant Street NW.

Gregg Edwards -- continuing as Chair until the 2007 Chair is elected -- called the meeting to order at 7:09 PM.

Present were five of the six commissioners, constituting a quorum:
